Hi dear friends,
Below we update you on the resumed of shipments.
As you know, it has been a very strange few months, the world emergency situation and the quarantine in Spain has been something that we have had to get used to and adapt to. These events have modified our agenda and our original estimated work schedule.
Despite this, practically all the rewards have been sent months ago, there are only about 20% of packages left to send.
We strive to fulfill all your shipments, if you still don't have your reward, it will be on the way soon!
Shipment of packages
From June 1, the remaining packages will be sent. As soon as the packages are labeled, those that have a tracking number will be registered in Backerkit so you can track your shipment.
Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping information, please notify us before June 1 to unlock your address in Backerkit and that you can edit your data by accessing your private area.
Current situation, Postal Service
The confinement is not over, there are still services that partially operate and mobility between towns is still restricted.
The Postal Service has reinstated all international shipments (some countries were not available for shipping during lockdown).
However, the package collection service is not yet active, nor have they given us any scheduled date for its reactivation. This service is included in the contract that we have with the Postal Service, but according to what we have been informed, the collection of packages is one of the first services that was suspended when the lockdown began, and since the confinement has not been completed in its entirety, the Postal Service has not reactivated this service.
We were waiting for the collection service to be reactivated to send your rewards, but since it is not yet available we have decided to take the packages ourselves to the Postal Service, it is the only way to send your packages and you don't have to wait much longer.
So we are going to label the packages and as from June we will take them to the Postal Service.

Hi dear friends,
We want to report the situation regarding shipments to the present day.
The situation of COVID-19 is affecting more than we could have imagined, it is being a changing situation and we cannot take anything for granted. Luckily, we are well and we hope you are well and safe too.
Situation in Spain
In Spain, the government has established The Plan to Transition to a New Normal, within which some businesses and services return to serve the public as normal, obviously with the appropriate security measures.
As they established, the confinement will end on May 9, although progressively.
It seems that this date is going to be met, but being progressively, there continue to be restrictions on services.
Shipments affected by COVID-19
In our case, the transport service is affecting us in a very dramatic way. Last week we contacted our assigned sales representative to find out the state of the postal service and she informed us that the collection service will not be active at the moment and that they have not yet established a date to resume this service. Apparently it is a service that is not among the priority services that are going to be restored in this first phase of the plan to transition that the government has established.
New collection status
This means that the remaining rewards for shipping will leave our warehouse when the postal service restores the package collection service.
Our intention was to send your packages between next week and the following, taking into account the date set for the end of the quarantine in Spain and some days time frame so that the postal service could assign us the date of collection of packages.
But in this situation it seems that we will have to wait a little longer for the services to really work 100% again and the postal service to restore the collection service.
Couriers and other transport companies
Other transport companies have other problems, for example, in the last weeks we have placed some collection orders for shipments to Spain, and it has taken up to 1 week to collect the packages. So imagine how the service is for international shipments.
We really hope that this global situation being resolved soon and back to normal. Especially for you, since in Undead Graveyard 3 there is only 20% of packages to send, and we would very much like all of you to fully enjoy your rewards.

We also want to inform you that these months, being locked in our studio we have continued working on new projects. A little slower than usual due to problems in obtaining materials from some of our suppliers, but we have finally made the final prototypes of the new project for our second brand Mystical World Miniatures, mainly dedicated to painters and collectors.

COVID-19: confinement continues

Hi dear friends,
It's been a while since the last update, and while the overall situation due to the global pandemic hasn't changed much since then, we want to keep you informed and let you know we're still here.
Currently the Postal Service in Spain is operating in a restricted way with a notable reduction in workers and opening hours in its offices, from the press release that we have available on its own website "approximately 22% of the workforce" is working.
The rest of the courier agencies that continue to work also do so with restrictions, ensuring the health of their workers.
Given this situation, there is some uncertainty about shipments in general, especially international shipments.
When this emergency situation began in Spain, the government established a period of confinement that has extended more and more as the days have passed, the latest statement was that the confinement will end on May 9.
As a result, the pending UNDEAD GRAVEYARD III FULL PACK packages have been delayed due to the mobility and service restriction situation.
As you know, companies around the world are deeply affected by Covid-19. Fortunately we are safe and we also hope that you and your loved ones are well and safe in these difficult times.
We trust this lockdown will end on the date set by the government and we can resume normal package shipping.
Otherwise, if the situation is more extended, then we will manage the shipments through the most guaranteed service possible since we also want you to be able to enjoy your cemetery.
While we wait for this situation to be resolved, we continue working on new projects.

General status and COVID-19 quarantine

Hi dear friends,
The situation regarding the COVID-19 epidemic is increasingly serious, the health authorities have warned the population and companies of the measures to be taken during the next 15 days in Spain.
Mobility has been restricted except for basic needs such as going to the supermarket, all non-essential businesses have been closed without an exact reopening date.
We cannot go out to the street except to go buy food at the supermarket.
Some of our suppliers are partially working, with restrictions on material purchase orders. Others, on the other hand, have closed and are not managing orders.
This is also affecting shipping within and outside of Spain.
Fortunately, our warehouse and workshop are operational from this morning and we can resume the activity where we left it about 30 days ago, before relocation.
Regarding shipments, courier agencies continue to operate, although with restrictions.
The postal service in Spain, however, is operating in a very restricted way, according to what we have been informed, they are prioritizing the sending of letters and registered fax, but not that of packages.
The situation regarding the collection of packages is somewhat uncertain, since when we request the collection we don't know if the carrier will take all the packages or only some.
This situation is not pleasant for anyone and requires an effort on the part of everyone, above all one must understand the importance of this and have patience. We are not sure how it will affect us in the following days, because the situation is changing with each passing day, the restrictions of mobility and access to services or basic products is a situation that affects us all.
During the following days we will continue to pack the rewards and we will have your packages stored in our warehouse until the transport company can come and collect them.
We will inform you by means of an update on the status of the collections of packages and shipments.
Luckily, we and our families are doing well and we hope that you and your loved ones are well too.
We will continue working in our warehouse and workshop in order to continue moving forward with the projects.
